The product that proves to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge at ns. Seat. The customer has an obligation to return the item, (shipping costs to the customer).

Example 1 "I bought a Professional Refrigerator, it no longer cools, the cost of transport to make it is too high"

In this case, the customer, under his responsibility, will be able to use for the repair of a specialized service center, which will have to issue to Professional Equipment a Repair Quote and at the end of the intervention (even with our possible sending of spare parts in warranty) a definitive declaration of repair of the fault and good operation of the machine, confirmed by the endorsement in writing of our customer. All repair and maintenance costs are borne by the end customer.

Example 2 "I bought a Bar Blender, the blades broke after crushing ice"

In this case, the customer did not follow the instructions in the Usage Booklet. Damage caused by errors or discrepancies in the installation or incorrect use of the machine is not guaranteed; Professional Equipment does not take any responsibility for direct and indirect damages arising from the above conditions.

Example 3 "I received my Pizza Bank and it is dented in the front, I picked up the package without Reserve Right"

Always remember, once you accept the package without "Reserve Right" you have stated that the packaging of the product has no obvious damage and therefore you are not entitled to be compensated! In case of problems with the product related to the shipment, only by declaring to the courier that "Withdraw the package with Right of Reserve", it will be possible to open a refund case to the courier, and you will be compensated in a short time for the damage suffered.


Professional Equipment gives you the ability to return the purchased goods within 10 business days of the delivery date. The shipping costs for the returned goods are entirely borne by the buyer.

The timing of the refund:

After we have received the goods and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance returned. The refund will be made by Bank Transfer, within d.c. 30 from the receipt of the item.
